Commissions

Thank you so much for your interest in a commission piece. One of my favorite parts about being an artist is the opportunity to collaborate with others and paint something that you truly connect with and cherish.

BEGINNING THE COMMISSION PROCESS

For commissions, we will usually start the process by picking out the size of the painting, then we discuss subject matter, colors, etc. Feel free to also send me photos of the space where you are wanting to hang your painting. I can help with size/color choices! Pro tip: My favorite way to decide on the size of your painting is to tape off various size options with painters tape/masking tape so you can get an idea of what that specific size will look like in your space.

As for subject matter - I am pretty open to painting lots of new things in my style - this is the part where we collaborate! I can also recreate a past piece of mine that caught your eye but was already sold. 

LEAD TIME

My usual lead time with commissions is 4-6 weeks. This could be sooner/later depending on the time of year and the amount of commissions I have at any given time. 

PROCESS

Depending on the subject matter, I will send a mockup or process photos to keep you in the loop! When I'm finished, I will send you a picture and you can also make any adjustments or changes if you'd like. I want you to love your piece - so it won't leave my studio until it fits your vision!

PAYMENT

For payment, I require a deposit of half of the cost of the painting via Venmo or a Paypal invoice, and the other half when I complete your piece. 

SIZES AND PRICES

 I can paint a large variety of sizes, but I will list my most common sizes/prices below. Please let me know if there is a size you would like that is not listed below. All of these sizes are for a painting on wood/canvas that is either framed in a maple wood floater frame or unframed with 2”deep stained wood siding (see pictures below for reference.) Shipping is free for all commissions.
