Hi!

Welcome to my little corner of the internet. I'm glad you're here. Let me tell you a little bit more about myself!

I am a self-taught artist and started dabbling in painting when I was 14.   I knew immediately that the place I was transported to while creating things was special. I am usually a busy bee that can’t be still for very long amounts of time, and a state of restfulness has always been a struggle for me to access (fun fact: I actually have the word “rest” tattooed on my arm). All this to say, making things carries me to a beautiful, quiet space that I have not been able to access any other way, and getting to share that with you is a such a gift. I have experimented with many styles and have worked with a lot of different mediums over the years, but a common theme you will find throughout my work is strong focus on color, lots of negative space (the space around and between the subject of the painting), and satisfying, soothing compositions.

It is such a JOY to paint, and the fact that I get to share what I make with others (and that people want support my flourishing by purchasing what I make?!) feels like a dream most days. I am thankful to my Creator for the gift of creating, and I am thankful to you for stopping by my page!
